CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

We request 24 hours advance notice to avoid being charged the full amount of service.

ARRIVAL

We ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled service to check in and begin your relaxation. Late arrivals will result in an abbreviated service.

SERVICE CHARGE & ADDITIONAL GRATUITY

There is a 20% service charge added to all services.  Additional gratuity may be added for exceptional service.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS

We respect the health of our guests. We ask that you inform your therapist of any injuries, surgeries, medication, or medical conditions as some treatments may be contraindicated.

Please leave your valuables at home and dress comfortably.

Please turn off or silence your cell phones and other electronic devices.

SANITATION

*BOOKING APPOINTMENTS– All guests will be required to answer a series of symptom questionnaires upon booking the spa services and will be required to sign an electronic waiver each time they visit the spa.

*SANITIZED– All areas will be thoroughly disinfected before and after each spa service and high-contact areas will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized throughout the day. The medical-grade sanitizer will be available for all guests and team members. The spa disinfectants are EPA approved and certified.

*PAYMENTS– Contactless payment POS system and sanitized CC machine will be used.
