The practitioner observes the person’s posture and alignment, noting any deviations from ideal positioning. By analyzing posture, the practitioner can identify potential muscle imbalances, joint restrictions, or areas of strain.

Aescape, the viral massage robot now available at the Grand Hyatt Nashville, lets you take charge of your massage — choose the pressure, target areas, even the music. It’s a massage built by massage therapists, controlled by you. Bodysuit required, so easy and quick check-in and check-out options without the cleanup of oil and lotions.
