- We request 24 hours advance notice to avoid being charged the full amount of service.
- ARRIVAL
- We ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled service to check in and begin your relaxation. Late arrivals will result in an abbreviated service.
- SERVICE CHARGE & ADDITIONAL GRATUITY
- There is a 20% service charge added to all services. Additional gratuity may be added for exceptional service.
- MEDICAL CONDITIONS
- We respect the health of our guests. We ask that you inform your therapist of any injuries, surgeries, medication, or medical conditions as some treatments may be contraindicated.

- SANITATION
- *BOOKING APPOINTMENTS– All guests will be required to answer a series of symptom questionnaires upon booking the spa services and will be required to sign an electronic waiver each time they visit the spa.
- *SANITIZED– All areas will be thoroughly disinfected before and after each spa service and high-contact areas will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized throughout the day. The medical-grade sanitizer will be available for all guests and team members. The spa disinfectants are EPA approved and certified.
- *PAYMENTS– Contactless payment POS system and sanitized CC machine will be used.
